Equal Split
Every active staff member receives an equal percentage of all tips. Simple and fair.
Custom Percentage
Set a specific percentage for each staff member. Total must equal 100%.
Performance Based
Tips are distributed proportionally based on each staff member's individual tip count.
Seniority Based
Senior staff receive a higher percentage based on time with the company.
